• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality, and personalized care in accordance with physicians’ orders and personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the Clinical Services Team.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA‑approved).
• Active COTA license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of experience as an OT required;
  Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgment.
