Brookdale Vero Beach is looking for a Memory Care Program Coordinator for our 32 unit community.

As a Clare Bridge Program Coordinator, you'll lead the heart of our memory care community-designing engaging, person-centered programs that honor each resident's life story, preferences, and abilities. From small, sensory-based experiences to community-wide events, you'll create a supportive environment where residents feel seen, valued, and connected.

You'll partner with families and your team to bring comfort, understanding, and purpose to each day-helping residents maintain independence while enhancing their quality of life.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, education or related field preferred. Minimum two years of direct programming experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a valid driver's license and a current 3-year driving abstract with no more than one moving violation as a condition of employment and may be required to obtain a commercial driver's license based on the needs of the community
