As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Assisted Living Services
  :
  Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Personal Care
  :
  Providing personal care services, including toileting, incontinence care, and managing mobility
• Medication Management
  :
  Administering medications as prescribed by a healthcare provider
• Companionship
  :
  Spending quality time with clients, engaging in conversations, and providing emotional support
• Household Management
  :
  Maintaining a clean and safe living environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to pass a background check

• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to work flexible hours

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will work in a home care setting, providing services to clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for traveling to client homes and providing care as needed.
