Pool Concierge

Job Purpose

As a Pool Attendant at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa, you will help create a memorable experience for guests by maintaining a clean and welcoming pool area, ensuring safety, and providing friendly service.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to enhance the guests experience.
• Maintain an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available.
• Check in arriving guests to the pool area, helping them identify as hotel/resort guests and locate a suitable area.
• Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
• Set-up and break down the pool area to ensure a successful day.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take them to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members.

• Experience in a guest service role.
• Engaging and energetic personality.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
