Room Attendant

Room Attendant – Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa, Vero Beach, Florida

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness standards.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Perform thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Daily change and inspect linens and towels, following guest room standards.
• Practice safety standards, identify hazards, and report them promptly.
• Respect guests’ property and handle items with care.
• Maintain accurate time records and adhere to posted scheduling.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Inspector, Supervisor, or Manager.

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move loads of up to 25lb.
• Comfortable navigating tight spaces, reaching high areas, and moving equipment up to 100lb.
• Awareness of safety hazards and proper reporting procedures.

Pay rate: $14.00 – $14.50 per hour.
