The OpportunityOversee banquet operations across a dynamic events calendar — from intimate gatherings of 7 to grand affairs of 1,000+. Report directly to the Executive Chef with real creative collaboration on menus and execution.
What You Bring- 3-5 years of leadership experience in banquets/catering
- Background in luxury hotels or private country clubs
- Strong organizational chops — you can run a tight ship at any scale
- A "yes chef" mentality — solutions-oriented, no excuses
- $80K base + bonus
