Talent Manager, Recruiter

MainResponsibilities
- Provide full-life cycle recruiting and process management, which may include: post jobs and source candidates; screen candidates; schedule interviews with hiring managers throughout the U.S.; administer video interviews when available; check references; coordinate background checks and drug screening.
- Make hiring recommendations; notify applicants of consideration or declination; prepare and extend job offers; conduct, review, and communicate results of applicant testing
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is received and complete
- Works with Service Center Managers throughout the U.S. and other Job Coordinators to coordinate and schedule classified advertising and other recruiting campaigns.
- Design attractive and result-oriented recruitment advertising.
- Partners with job agencies, schools and colleges to find qualified applicants
- New Hire Orientation
- Assist with payroll processing
- Follow up on compliance documentation (Federal and State)
- Managing the driver requirements portal
- Independent judgement
- Excellent oral and written skills, as well as basic proficiency of Microsoft Office products are required.
- Previous experience with job boards and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to effectively meet and communicate with the public
- The preferred candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Must have high volume recruitment experience:
Min. 2-3 years of recruiting experience (construction preferred). - Preferred candidates will have recruited for a multi-site/state employer
