Description: Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements related to the assignment. Familiarity with custodial procedures and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to read and follow instructions. Ability to work harmoniously with custodial staff. Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities. Capable of performing minor repairs to equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Job Summary: To provide care, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the school plant and grounds for students and staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Custodial experience preferred.
Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
