Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

We are looking for experienced manufacturing assemblers with the skills below. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a great benefit package.

• Assemble finished product using sub‑assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification, drawings, and company policies.
• Perform spot welding using resistance welders/machines.

• Use hands and power tools.
• Set up and operate machines such as drill press, grinders, riveters.
• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub‑assemblies per customer specifications / blueprints.
• Check assembled products, comparing each to customer requirements, blueprints and BOM and router instructions.
• Spot weld materials using adhesives and templates.
• Resolve assembly problems and report to supervisor for assistance.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Support production schedule by safely performing work efficiently.

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent degree in a related area.
• Reliability and dependability to be on the job.
• 5‑7 years of experience in the field or in related areas.
• Experience in intricate hand assembly.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. of product repetitively.
• Requires wearing personal protective equipment.
• Must be a citizen of the United States.
