AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a leading aftermarket service provider in Jupiter, Florida, specializing in multi-platform OEM gas turbine power plants worldwide.

• Machine parts to specifications using advanced CNC multi-axis equipment, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM.
• Utilize mathematical skills and measurements with precision instruments like micrometers and calipers for calculating dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct visual inspections of completed components to identify defects and verify compliance with specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and operate both manual and CNC machining centers to carry out precision operations.
• Secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines for effective machining.
• Monitor machining speed and feeds to maximize efficiency and precision.
• Analyze sample parts, drawings, or engineering information to develop effective fabrication methods and understand product dimensions.
• Select the necessary tools and materials according to work instructions for machining tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as per established schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to exchange technical insights.
• Assemble and fit parts to create or repair machine tooling as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the work site after each shift.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by adhering to 5S standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNC programming certification or documented training is strongly preferred.
• Completion of EHS regulatory training as per company requirements.
• 5+ years of experience in manual and CNC machining, specifically with multi-axis machines.
• Familiarity with Fanuc Controls and relevant programming experience.
• Proficient in GD&T principles.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email platforms.
• Experience with electronic labor tracking systems.
• Self-motivated with proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Background in quality systems and compliance with NADCAP, ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
