Volunteers will help remove litter and other debris from public-use areas bordering the Indian River Lagoon, improving park conditions and helping protect local wildlife and aquatic habitats.
This volunteer opportunity is ideal for individuals, families, students, civic organizations, businesses, and community groups interested in environmental stewardship, marine conservation, litter prevention, public lands, community service, or the health of the Indian River Lagoon.
The volunteer event will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Volunteers should arrive by 8:45 AM for check-in and a safety briefing. Volunteers age 18 and older may participate independently. Volunteers ages 14 through 17 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
