Hemodialysis RN

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Treasure Coast seeks an experienced Hemodialysis RN to provide direct patient care to inpatients in a state‑of‑the‑art dialysis suite. This role is part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, tailored care for patients with kidney disease.

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on patient care, hemodialysis equipment, and standards of care.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (training provided if not currently held).
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
