Overview
MUST HAVE OASIS ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE!
Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem (PRN) Registered Nurses to service INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
PositionRegistered Nurse (RN) – PRN
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care as part of home health services
- Conduct OASIS assessments and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient status and care provided in accordance with policy and procedures
- Active Florida State RN License
- 3+ years of experience as an RN; homecare experience a huge plus
- OASIS assessment experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of home care policies and procedures
