• Conduct leadership rounds and oversee departmental performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing care.
• Manage annual performance reviews (APRs) for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary caregivers to ensure quality patient care.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery.
• Develop quality initiatives and maintain patient care standards.
• Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs.
• Provide direction and supervision to nursing staff.
• Participate in clinical nursing research and support foundation research activities.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget.

Education:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Experience:

• 3+ years of recent clinical nursing experience
• 1+ year of healthcare management experience

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for Critical Care areas
