RN - Ambulatory Infusion

About This Role

As an RN in the Ambulatory Infusion Clinic at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses with knowledge of chemotherapy plans who are looking to enhance patient experiences.

• Location: Vero Beach, FL
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program)

• One year of current acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• ONS Chemo/Bio course completed within two years of hire if employed on units where chemo is administered
