• Lead and overseerisk management processes, incident reporting and follow-up investigations
• Monitor and reviewclinical documentation for accuracy, compliance and risk reduction
• Analyze trends related tofalls, infections, incidents and quality indicators
• Participate inQAPI / QA processes and performance improvement initiatives

• Active and Clear RN license
• 1-3 years of root cause analysis / risk prevention & management experience
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
