What You Will Do:

• Lead and oversee risk management processes, incident reporting and follow-up investigations
• Monitor and review clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance and risk reduction
• Analyze trends related to falls, infections, incidents and quality indicators
• Participate in QAPI / QA processes and performance improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For:

• Active and clear RN license
• 1-3 years of root cause analysis / risk prevention & management experience
• Point Click Care experience is a plus
