RN - Med​/Surg - Per Diem

As an RN in the Med/Surg unit at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, you will provide exceptional nursing care to diverse patient populations. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers looking to enhance their skills in a collaborative environment.

• Location: Vero Beach, FL
• Facility: Indian River Hospital
• Schedule: Per Diem, Night shift

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)

Experience:

• 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; will consider licensed military RN experience

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
