- Up to $180,000Base Salary
- 21% – 23% Production
- $50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
- Path to Growth: Medical Director or equity/joint venture opportunity
- DEA, AVMA, VIN, state license, and PLIT fees — fully paid
- 4-day work week (flexible structure)
- No on-call or after-hours
- Designed to support long-term sustainability and leadership growth
- Clear path to Medical Director if interested
- Mentorship and collaboration with an experienced team
- CE sponsorship and structured training through Pet One Veterinary Training Center
- One fully covered Pet One course in your first year
- Diverse caseload: dogs, cats, and pocket pets
- Opportunity to see exotics and avian patients
- Advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, digital radiography, and dental imaging
- Acupuncture (with optional electrical stimulation)
- Chinese and natural therapies
