We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Sabana Server Assistant to join our team! The Cabana Server Assistant/Food Runner supports the Cabana Servers & Bartenders in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. They are responsible for maintaining, clearing, and cleaning tables at the Cabana and Beach. They support the stocking needs of the bartender and servers while maintaining a full hands-in/full hands-out mentality of food running to the Cabana and Beach alongside serving assist duties.

• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and proper table maintenance, pre-bus, clear, and reset in a timely manner
• Observe the dining area and practice anticipatory service; providing water refills, fresh napkins, cutlery, etc.
• Run completed food orders to the Cabana and Beach.
• Complete opening and closing side work duties. Check out with management
• Maintain knowledge of all current menu items
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to all guests and servers/bartenders.
• Keep the work area organized, clean and stocked. Maintain levels of side plates, roll-ups, condiments, table lights, disposable cups, ice, and food and beverage stocked product.
• Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurant outlets.
• Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

• Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a fast pace for extended periods of time in an outdoor environment.
• Able to walk up and down stairs and complete regular trips through the sand on the beach.
