HP Retail Sales Representative

Location: Best Buy 816 – Vero Beach, FL 32966

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday & Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available.

Assist in driving sales and creating buzz around HP brand and products in big‑box retail and office supply store environments. Demonstrate products to customers, tailor demos, build rapport, maintain relationships, train associates, maintain displays, and report insights.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding store locations.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain display areas for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report performance metrics and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Help customers make selections, building confidence and meeting needs.
• Accurately document and report sales and customer interactions.
• Keep your workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of sales, retail, or customer‑service experience.
• Experience with electronics, tech, or wireless products is a plus.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
