Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training, listening to associates touring stores, and providing constructive feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, merchandising and company direction. Introduces and leads change initiatives, sets clear expectations, and guides the implementation of business solutions. Models exceptional customer service standards, follows the One Best Way (OBW) service model, and manages community outreach programs to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Drives financial performance by reviewing profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitors merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes; mitigates shrink and ensures sales and profit goals are met. Provides supervision and development opportunities through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, and recognizing associates. Builds high‑performing teams, fosters belonging, embraces diversity, and supports the mission, values, and ethical standards.
Promotes transparency, customer focus, and continuous improvement across all activities.
