Develop Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Provides Member service by acknowledging member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products/services;
Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and Open Door Policy;
Delivers results by serving customers and members and maintaining high service standards.
