Position: SALES MANAGER IN TRAINING - VERO BEACH

Pay Range

$65,000 to $150,000 USD. Final offers are based on skill set, experience, location and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and perform the Showroom Manager role through on‑the‑job training.
  • Handle daily management tasks and customer service issues.
  • Engage associates and guests to drive sales, service, finance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions with associates and support new initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory counts and manage showroom performance.
  • Shadow experienced managers to develop operational and leadership skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share ideas.
  • As a Sales Associate, help guests design a home, present options, navigate showrooms, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Maintain showroom neatness and meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
  • Schedule deliveries and handle financing options.
Qualifications
  • One or more years of related experience preferred.
  • Positive energy, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated.
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills.
  • Customer‑facing experience and relationship management ability.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and openness to change.
  • Ability to guide customers throughout large showrooms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible 40‑hour schedule.
  • Comfortable using an iPad for training and transactions.
