As a Residential Home Salesperson, you’ll represent buyers searching for their perfect property and sellers looking to get top dollar, guiding both sides from first conversation to closing day.

• Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
• List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
• Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers fall in love with a home
• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients’ interests
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to a successful closing
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business

The requirements are straightforward. Here’s all we ask:

Be 18 years or older.
Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we’ll guide you through every step).
Complete Coldwell Banker Paradise residential sales training — fully provided at no cost to you.
