• Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill member fax & pull and click & pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; recommend improvements; and adapt to change.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
• Respect the individual by building strong relationships, communicating with impact, energy, and positivity, mentoring others, and recognizing contributions.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00.

Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
