Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

• Building long‑term, trusting relationships with customers.
• Grow the business by selling services.
• Control expenses to make a profit.
• Inspect customers’ homes to determine services needed.
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers.
• Network and cold‑call to generate sales leads.
• Phone prospecting and appointment setting.
• Accurately and timely complete all sales‑related paperwork.

• No industry experience required.
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire.
