Budget Blinds of Indian River County is one of those 1,300 franchises helping consumers and businesses from Cocoa Beach to Jensen Beach. We’ve been growing for 6+ years and need you on our expanding Installation team. Your supportive coworkers will coach you as you master your new career with us. As a window treatment installer you will assist the lead installer as you learn the trade of window treatment installation. We expect you to over communicate with the other installers, sales and support teams. We also expect you to be self-motivated staying abreast of new product offerings and product upgrades.

You are part of a two man team with an installation vehicle that will have all the major tools needed to effectively install products. You will be responsible for personal tools.

We want you to look forward to coming to work every morning, so we’ve created a fun and supportive workplace for you. Down time with family and loved ones is important so we discourage evening and weekend installations.

We win over customers by listening, creativity, attention to detail, exceptional service and by earning our client’s trust. Our installers are never pushy.

You have a choice. We have a 1099/contractor agreement if you prefer to work independently. If you are looking for benefits, we also have an employee program with hourly and bonus compensation. is a base salary plus commission. We pay for half of your medical insurance and have access to dental and vision on other insurance plans.

• YOU’RE ALREADY LIVING IN OUR NEAR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
• YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE INSTALLING WITH POWER TOOLS
• BE ABLE TO LIFT 25 POUNDS
• MEASURE OVERHEAD WHILE ON A 6-FOOT LADDER
• PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ACCEPTED BY OUR INSURANCE CARRIER.

• Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful
• Fluent English with excellent writing skills
• Computer and tech skills (PC, iPad, etc.)
