Perform demolition, cabinetry, metal and wood framing, drywall, finish trim installation, window and door installation, and siding installation;
Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment;

Follow building codes and safety requirements (OSHA);
Maintain and demonstrate safe work practices and quality workmanship
