Pest Control Technician

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

As a Pest Control Technician, you start your route each day with enthusiasm. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.

Each day is an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism and a drive for excellence. You collect service payments from customers, are patient, and more than happy to answer questions. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
