The Painter is responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of residential community properties through painting, staining, and surface preparation. This position ensures that buildings, common areas, fences, amenities, and other community assets are well-maintained and meet HOA appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming. Paint exterior and interior surfaces, including buildings, clubhouses, fences, railings, doors, trim, and common areas. Apply paint, stain, sealants, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Repair minor drywall, stucco, wood, and surface imperfections before painting. Perform color matching and ensure consistency with HOA-approved color schemes. Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed.

Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies. Follow safety procedures when working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces. Coordinate projects with maintenance staff, contractors, and property management. Ensure work areas remain clean and safe for residents and visitors. Full-Time Mon-Fri Pay rate:

Self-starter, organized, team player ability to multi-task, as well as, good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Must pass a drug screening and background check.
