Become part of our team! We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Maintenance Technician I for a private residential community and sporting club unlike any other.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Seasonal Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, groundskeeping and more. You work as a team member to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set for the club.

• Knowledge of the proper and safe use of all basic tools, equipment, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Possess a valid driver license and insurable record.
• Ability to drive a utility vehicle with trailer safely.
• Prepare and paint various surfaces.
• Properly operate pressure washer.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform assembly of small equipment
• May require adjusted work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Regular attendance and timeliness are required.
