Inspired Closets is a rapidly expanding nationwide brand. Inspired Closets Treasure Coast opened in 2019 and we are growing rapidly. We have an immediate need to expand our installation team. We have a proven training and installation method that allows a person to quickly become successful and with a fast track to become a lead installer. Providing benefits, PTO and holiday pay, we offer a stable environment with tremendous growth potential.

You will work with one of our lead installers learning our proven installation method. As you progress, you will become proficient installing closets, garages, pantries, laundry rooms, offices, and entertainment centers. There are always new innovations and developments in the industry that our installers embrace and learn. We are looking for someone to take on that challenge. As a team all installers perform all aspects of the receiving, preparation and installation process as needed.

We believe in a team concept and embrace those that want to help others. On average, you’ll spend two thirds of your time installing in the client’s home. The other third of your time will be spent learning about new product offerings, preparing jobs for install, and working closely with our design team.

Compensation is hourly. We provide for half of your family’s medical insurance, all your family’s dental insurance, partial vision insurance and life insurance. We also provide for 7 paid holidays and PTO.

• You’re already living in or around Indian River County
• You have a valid driver’s license and are insurable under our vehicle insurance policy
• You willing and eager to learn!
• You have experience with power hand tools like impact wrench, saws, routers, etc.
• Having experience installing closets, cabinetry or have finished carpentry skills is a plus
• You are able to lift heavy material
• You can measure and install while on a 6‑foot ladder
• You can install in tight spaces
• Pass a criminal and driving background check
