Responsibilities- Assist with landscape construction projects including planting, grading, sod installation, mulching, hardscape installation, and site preparation
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, hauling materials, and compaction
- Safely use hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Support installation of irrigation components, drainage systems, and landscape features as directed
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites during and after construction activities
- Follow jobsite plans, instructions, and company safety policies
- Work collaboratively with crew leaders, equipment operators, and teammates
- Report material shortages, site issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Cutting or installing turf using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Planting, grooming and maintaining plant material
- Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material.
- Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn construction and landscaping techniques and follow direction
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or extended shifts as project needs require
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor
- Familiarity with landscape materials such as plants, soil, mulch, pavers, or stone
- Basic experience using landscaping or construction tools and equipment
- Exposure to irrigation or drainage installation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Interest in growing into advanced roles such as crew leader or foreman
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
