- Operate metal fabrication equipment (shears, brakes, rollers, and cutting machines) to produce roofing components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements to ensure accuracy in production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing metal sheets and related materials.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate Warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard.
- Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
- Verify order contents and maintain documentation.
- Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
- Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting.
- Full‑Time Position
- Monday–Friday.
- Start time 7am until work is done, around 5pm.
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.
- Previous experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or building supply industry preferred.
- Ability to operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong mechanical skills and understanding of basic measurements and tolerances.
- Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; warehouse experience preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Commitment to providing an outstanding experience to customers, vendors, and co‑workers through effective verbal and written communication and a customer‑first mindset.
