Experienced Counter top Installer
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are a fast-growing counter top fabrication and installation company looking for an Experienced Counter top Installer to join our team. If you have experience installing laminate and solid surface countertops and take pride in quality workmanship and customer service, we'd like to meet you.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for long‑term growth and advancement.
Responsibilities- Install laminate and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial properties.
- Measure, cut, fit, and secure countertops for a precise finish.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs when needed.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Minimum 5years of counter top installation experience (laminate and/or solid surface required).
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read tape measures and installation drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds
