Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

- Clermont, Davenport, Tampa, Jacksonville, Volusia, Melbourne, Vero Beach, Sanford (headquarters), and Sarasota.

The Lead Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.

• Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits.
• Inspects electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers.
• Coordinates with team members to install light fixtures and other items.
• Uses a variety of industry-specific tools to perform their tasks, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers.
• Identifies electrical wires accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck.
• Maintain accurate invoices, records, and notes.

• 3-5 years min. experience in electrical service and troubleshooting.
• Obtaining a FL Journeyman electrician license is a plus.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the trade.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Available to work on-call and respond immediately to electrical emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet FCCI auto guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
