CDL‑A Truck Drivers $90K‑$112K/Yr 100% No Touch Out 40 Weeks Home 12 Weeks (Full Time)

CDL‑A OTR Truck Drivers interested in earning $90‑$112K per year, working only 40 weeks and off 12 weeks (i.e., 9 months on and 3 months off) using no‑touch freight.

We have 100% no‑touch freight and 85% drop & hook.

• Drive trucks for 21 days across the following states and at the end of the cycle park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC; the company will cover your flight home and back.
• Transport goods through IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA, and TN (no activity in New York state or city).
• Operate trucks averaging 18 months old, equipped with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio (Freightliners, KW or International).
• Follow routes with 85% drop & hook freight.
• Maintain 12 months OTR experience in the last 8 months, including at least 2 months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast.

• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, none major.
• No more than 2 incidents and the total of moving violations plus accidents must not exceed 3.
• No major moving violations (e.g., 15 over, reckless, lane violation) in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 8 years and only one lifetime DUI.
• Never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of how long ago it occurred.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be 10 years old.
• Hazmat endorsements are preferred; pay ranges from $0.67–$0.72 CPM.

• Starting pay based on experience ranging from $0.67 to $0.72 CPM.
• Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
• Paid flights home and back after each 21‑day assignment.
• Top equipment and top pay for the top home time.

This position offers high pay, excellent equipment, and the longest home time in the industry. It is designed as a retirement job for qualified drivers.
