CDL-A Drivers with X Endorsement $85K-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience, that is no problem since training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat endorsements at time of application to qualify.

• First‑year pay ranges from $85‑$106K with drivers starting at $300.30/d and an increase of $3/d every six months to a cap of $324/d. If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics you will earn another $100/d.
• Training is "shadow" training: you run your truck and your trainer runs theirs, so you do not share a cab or double‑bunk. Drivers are paid $125/d and a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their truck (all are 579 Petes with automatic) and there is no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and are among the best in the industry with one week vacation in your first 52 weeks, great medical and 401(K) with matching.
• Driver will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to run in all 48 states. Drivers are not allowed to opt out of any region.
• During your 7‑day break, the company will pay for your flight home and back. Nobody will operate your truck while you are home. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days; you can stay home less than 7 days and stay out longer than 21, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless you take allotted vacation.
• If you are not willing to fly, we will not be able to bring you on.
• Any felony conviction makes you ineligible for hire.
• Failing or refusing a DOT drug test (regardless of completing SAP) disqualifies you.

• Must have at least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years. You do not need tanker or cryogenic experience, but you must have an X endorsement.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last 5 years.
