POSITION SUMMARY

The Concierge Transportation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and professional transportation of passengers and operational items (luggage, supplies, tools, and equipment) between parking areas, terminals, garages, and other designated locations. In addition to serving as liaison to airport operations, performing the hands-on duties of a Concierge Transportation Specialist (CTS), this role provides administrative support and on-shift coordination to keep daily transportation operations organized, compliant, and service-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (OPERATIONS + SERVICE)
  • Safely transport passengers between parking lots, garages, terminals, and other assigned locations.
  • Deliver a concierge-level experience by greeting passengers, assisting with directions, and providing courteous, professional support.
  • Load, secure, and unload luggage, supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and ensure vehicles remain clean and presentable.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company procedures at all times.
  • Serve as an on-shift point of contact for transportation-related questions, updates, and issue of escalation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ADMINISTRATIVE + COORDINATION)
  • Coordinate daily coverage for shuttle routes and transportation needs (assignments, rotations, break coverage) as directed by the Director of Transportation.
  • Track and report on key daily activity items (ridership counts if required, trip logs, incidents, delays, vehicle issues, lost-and-found items).
  • Maintain accurate documentation (checklists, logs, shift notes, basic reporting) and submit summaries to leadership.
  • Support scheduling needs by confirming availability, communicating shift updates, and assisting with callouts/coverage requests.
  • Ensure supplies and operational items are staged and moved appropriately (e.g., tools/equipment runs), and that requests are documented and completed.
  • Assist with training support for new Specialists (shadowing coordination, checklist completion, basic process training reinforcement).
  • Escalate safety concerns, guest complaints, vehicle issues, or operational risks promptly and professionally.
  • Notes areas of improvement within the operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid state Driver’s License (required).
  • Ability to meet company/insurance driving requirements (including acceptable driving records).
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform repeated loading/unloading.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and comfort with basic administrative work (logs, checklists, shift notes, and coaching).
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work flexible shifts.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior lead/manager experience in transportation, shuttle operations, valet, hospitality, or concierge services.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, coaching, deescalation, coverage, or dispatch-like duties.
  • Experience working in high-traffic environments (terminals, parking operations, venues, etc.).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors as needed.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and climb in/out of vehicles repeatedly during a shift.
  • Ability to drive 90% of any shift.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
  • Full-time hours.
  • Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs (delays, weather, etc.).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Work is performed in and around terminals, parking lots/garages, loading zones, and outdoor areas in varying weather conditions.
  • Driving is 50% of this position.
