Forklift Operator

CVS Health is hiring a Forklift Operator to support safe, efficient material handling in our healthcare distribution environment. You will load, unload, and move pharmaceuticals and medical supplies using forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment while following strict safety, quality, and inventory control procedures. Responsibilities include staging orders, replenishing stock, conducting basic equipment checks, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll collaborate with warehouse and pharmacy teams to meet productivity goals and ensure timely, compliant delivery that supports patient care nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload pharmaceutical and medical supply pallets
• Stage, replenish, and organize inventory according to warehouse and pharmacy workflows
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Follow OSHA, company, and healthcare regulatory safety standards and procedures
• Accurately document product movement, counts, and order fulfillment in warehouse systems
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain clean, orderly aisles, docks, and storage areas to support efficient operations
• Collaborate with warehouse, pharmacy, and logistics teams to meet productivity and quality targets
