• Responsible for booking over 2,000 events per year for Kona Ice of Madison and Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Central Madison and future businesses.
• Answering emails and phone calls to facilitate needed information to book events for us in South Central Wisconsin.
• Candidates must be able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are important for this position.
• Event Coordinator will be using our scheduling and contact software Kona OS, as well as Brayv.

• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and task management.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, professional phone/email etiquette.
• Comfortable with technology and a quick learner for multiple software platforms.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
• Available during standard business hours with flexibility during peak season.
• Initiate new business through prospecting are events such as school, youth sports and corporate events.
• Position is a salaried position with attainable bonuses for excellent work and incremental sales increases.
