Role DescriptionKSW Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager to join our team on-site in Verona, WI. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, inspecting work progress, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing logistics and resources. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to plan, direct, and execute construction projects effectively.
- Experience in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor for construction materials and schedules.
- Skill in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for optimizing the movement and distribution of materials and resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost analysis, or related financial tasks is valued.
- Knowledge of zoning regulations and construction site development processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the commercial construction industry is highly desirable.
