• Direct Management of outside sales staff at the Verona Branch Office
• Collaborate with Sales and Production Teams for efficient project completion
• Assure transparent communication across all cross‑functional teams
• Assist with the special pricing of certain sales projects
• Complete directives as assigned by the Director of Sales
• Enjoy a variety of work assignments; no two days are alike

• Certificate or degree in Construction/Business Management or minimum of 3 years of industry experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction and general contracting in commercial and residential settings
• Experience with scheduling, database, and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to travel to building project sites around the company as needed
• Great customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior ability to multi‑task
