Cleary Building Corp. has an immediate full-time opening in our Construction Processing department in Verona, Wisconsin.

The Job:

• Provide support for a nationwide sales team by assisting with design and pricing of projects. Review client building designs for accuracy in function and price.
• An outgoing individual will assist in the training of the national sales team.
• Assist with the design of buildings in our proprietary 3D imaging software (Dream Maker). Participate in the testing and development team for future Dream Maker enhancements.
• Learn the post-frame and construction business from our corporate headquarters
• Assist with company-wide operations from the Verona corporate office
• Interact with our engineering staff for design, plans, and specifications
• Day-to-day variety with over 60 building models offered
• Work independently and take projects from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the construction industry is essential
• College degree in business or construction field desired
• Motivated self-starter
• Great customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Ability to work independently with little oversight
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi-task like a champion
• MS Outlook and Excel experience
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional teams
