Student Client Service Associate

Overview

Lake Ridge Bank is hiring a Youth Apprentice for the 2026/2027 school year as a Student Client Service Associate (Teller) at our Verona location. This is a part-time role with hours available during the summer and the upcoming school year, with scheduling flexibility.

• Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, clients and potential clients.
• Process all transactions that come through the teller area, including cashing checks, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
• Properly balance and maintain a cash drawer daily.
• Keep informed about bank products and services offered.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
• Participate in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Working towards a high school diploma.
• Preferred experience in a similar office or customer service role but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with technology and computer systems.
