Looking for a part-time job where you can come to work each day excited about what you do? UW Credit Union’s Verona
branch is hiring a Peak-Time Teller and we want YOU to apply!
- Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Verona branch location
- Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
- Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
- Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals
- Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Peak/Part time employees earn paid time-off (pro-rated based on hours worked)
- 2 weeks paid Caregiver Leave (pro-rated based on hours worked)
- 2.5 weeks paid New Child Leave (pro-rated based on hours worked)
- 16 hours paid volunteer time annually
- Paid holidays (if normal work schedule falls on a recognized holiday)
