Your Role
The Procurement Specialist position is a senior‑level technical position within the supply chain function and fulfillment job family. This role serves as the first point of entry into the procurement organization and is expected to quickly understand its impact on other upstream and downstream departments. Responsibilities include obtaining and maintaining prices and delivery information from suppliers, ensuring purchase orders and material master data are accurate, working with suppliers and internal teams to meet production schedules, and hosting and attending meetings to align on delivery timelines, identify risks, and establish alternative supply options.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another Business discipline, or Mathematics.
- Or high‑school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in scheduling, planning, or purchasing.
- 3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience using an MRP and/or ERP system.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience analyzing data using SAP and Microsoft Excel/Office.
Pay range: $67,100 – $100,700 per year.
Position may be eligible for sales or performance‑based bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other provisions.
