Fleet Maintenance Manager

Cleary Building Corp. is looking for a an individual with experience as a service manager or mechanic at an auto dealership/implement dealership to manage our fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Cleary Building Corp. is a post-frame construction company with more than 80 locations and a fleet of over 600 vehicles and other pieces of equipment. The Fleet Maintenance Manager is in charge of overseeing the maintenance and logistics of our fleet vehicles and equipment.

• Immediate full-time opening
• Maintain database of equipment along with maintenance and repair records
• Schedule and ensure timely preventative maintenance is completed
• Ensure cost effective repairs and service
• Assist in ordering replacement vehicles and equipment
• Oversee an onsite maintenance department with ASE certified technicians

• Degree in auto or diesel mechanics/repair or 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and database applications helpful
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
