Stamping Machine Operator

We are looking for a Hot Stamping Machine Operator to support our badge ribbon production.

• Set up and operate hot stamping machines to produce high-quality badge ribbons.
• Perform changeovers and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Check finished products for quality standards.
• Keep equipment running smoothly with basic maintenance.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Ability to work 1st shift Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5 PM and work overtime as needed.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; hot stamping experience a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Proven experience performing and prioritizing tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, ability to work within a team and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and maintain a clean work area.
• Comfortable using computers and production software.
• Experience with Adobe Suite a plus.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.
